Deep Roots Rest -A deeply calming herbal blend crafted to turn restless nights into restful ones

Deep Roots Rest was created for evenings that call for extra support winding down. This calming blend combines Lemon Balm, Tulsi, Passionflower, Linden and a bit of Lavender — herbs long valued for their deeply relaxing, quieting qualities — for a cup that invites a full, unhurried exhale at the end of the day.

Featuring:

  • Passionflower(Passiflora incarnata)— traditionally valued for its deeply calming, quieting qualities

  • Linden‍ ‍(Tilia sp.) - gentle and soothing, traditionally used to support relaxation and ease

  • Lemon Balm (Melissa officinale) — traditionally used to soothe frayed nerves and support a sense of calm

  • Tulsi (Holy Basil) — adaptogenic and traditionally used to support balance and resilience

  • Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)- a classic relaxant, traditionally used to support ease and unwinding

How to steep:
Add 1 tsp of loose-leaf tea to a diffuser or tea bag. Pour 6–8 oz of just-boiled water over the herbs and steep for 8–10 minutes. Enjoy in the evening, about 30–60 minutes before bed, as part of a calming wind-down ritual.

This tea is intended to support general relaxation and evening wind-down. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including insomnia or sleep disorders. Passionflower may cause drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery after consumption. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking sedative medications, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
