Have recent labs (within the past 6 months)? I’ll review them through a functional lens—looking beyond "normal" to find what’s optimal for you.

Your Personalized Wellness Roadmap
You’ll leave with a practical, holistic plan tailored to your unique biology, goals, and lifestyle—including nutrition, stress support, and more.

Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive The Metabolic Scorecard. My review of your answers will guide us toward your Personalized Wellness Roadmap.

You will also complete The Lifestyle History Form in the client portal.

Allow for 45-90 minutes to complete both.

You're host and wellness guide with over 3 decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, I've seen the revolving door of "band-aid" medicine. After years in critical care and hospice, I became passionate about supporting people from a more holistic, root-cause perspective—one that goes beyond symptom management to find healing opportunities.
